NOKERE (BELGIO) – Timothy Dupont della Verandas Willems firma la classica belga Nokere-Koerse. il 28enne belga ha avuto la meglio in volata del Kristoffer Halvarsen (Team Joker) e dell’olandese Dylan Groenewegen (Team LottoNL Jumbo). Entrano nella top ten di giornata il giovane neo professionista italiano Gianni Moscon del Team Sky, settimo, ed il rumeno Eduard Grosu della Nippo – Vini Fantini, ottavo.
Vari tentativi di attacco, ma tutto si è deciso sul muro finale dove Dupont è riuscito a mettere tutti in fila allo sprint. Il belga quest’anno aveva già vinto l’ultima tappa del Giro delle Fiandre Occidentali.
